Daddy’s Letter to Me

Tuesday, August 4th, 2020

Daddy’s Letter to Me

When you were born I held you in my arms and just kept smiling at you

You always smiled back, your big blue eyes would open wide – full of love.

You were such a beautiful baby, I loved to show  you off.

And now that you have grown up, and become your own person.

I look at you, your laughter, happiness and beauty.

I wonder where we will be in fifteen years.

I hope that you will be able to enjoy a life of sensitivity, goodness, acknowledgement and love.

In a world at peace

We look forward to a prosperous life.

But most of all, I want you to know that I am very proud of you and I love you deeply.
